Alexander M. Cruz | Chairman

Mr. Alex M. Cruz is one of the pioneers in the community mall development sector in the Philippines. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of XRC Mall Developer and AMRC Holdings, Inc. His company operates around 25 community malls across the country. He has also expanded his ventures into the healthcare industry, hotel and leisure sector, agrifarming, food business, and real estate projects for both housing and commercial purposes.

Inline with his real estate business, he has now diversified into Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing business with the vision of bringing developments and employment in the countryside using the existing facilities and infrastructure of his community malls.

Antonio P. Grajo | President

Mr. Antonio P. Grajo worked with a reputable auditing in his early years doing external audit for clients from various industries such as manufacturing firms, hotels, schools, investment companies, and stock brokerage.

He then worked for a multi national company, LG Electronics Manila to head the finance and IT Department and worked with them until he decided to put up his own Information Technology business in 1999. He is also the managing partner of Grajo & Associates the was established since 2005, it is an accounting firm which is primarily offering accounting, audit, and tax services.

Mylene M. Singson | Corporate Secretary and Treasurer

Ms. Mylene M. Singson started her career in the field of Accounting when she worked as an Accountant with a leading alloy manufacturing firm from 1993 to 1995. She was then hired by LG Electronics Manila where she served as its Financial Supervisor. In 2000, she joined Mr. Tony Grajo in rendering IT and audit services and is currently in charge in implementation with various projects with clients.

Ms. Singson graduated from the University of Santo Thomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in accounting in 1992. She is currently the General Manager of Grajo & Associates, CPAs.

Nilda T. Borja | Chief Executive Officer

A highly accomplished finance and accounting professional, holding a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree earned with honors and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license obtained after passing the November 1980 CPA Licensure Examination. Possesses extensive experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and financial management across diverse industries and organizations.

Currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Wizzard Technologies Inc. and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer of XRC Group of Companies for nearly 15 years, providing strategic financial leadership and operational oversight.

An active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), particularly the Eastern Chapter, and actively involved in various accounting and audit organizations. Demonstrates strong leadership and commitment to community service as Past President of the Rotary Club of Makati Greenbelt.

Mark Lawrence M. Tiglao | Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Mark Lawrence M. Tiglao has a vast experience in the field of sales and marketing, having successfully designed and implemented numerous training and development programs for various business process outsourcing. He has extensive experience in designing and delivering business plans, unique marketing and planning strategies.

Mark is also a dynamic operations manager with more than 12 years working experience in the call center industry and 8 years in a semiconductor industry. He has a strong communication and managerial skills with sound experience as operations manager and has run successful campaigns for UK, US, and Canada.

Hazel N. Tan | Chief Human Resources Officer

Hazel H. Navarro-Tan is an accomplished clinical psychologist, corporate human resources executive, and dedicated social advocate with over two decades of experience. Her career is defined by a unique duality: leading strategic organizational development in the corporate and academic sectors while simultaneously championing the rehabilitation and transformation of the "least, last, and lost" of society.

From corporate HR leadership and academic instruction to pioneering community-based restorative justice programs, Ms. Navarro-Tan integrates deep psychological insight with systemic leadership to foster healthier, violence-free environments.

Dorotea B. Jimenez | Sales Department Head

Ms. Dorotea B. Jimenez began her professional career as a Project Coordinator and Documentation Specialist at C3 Consulting Corporation, an information technology company. She later joined Philippine Maritime Information Technological Corporation (PMITC) as a System Administrator and Project Implementation Specialist, where she worked on the Integrated Training Institute System and the Enrollment Reservation and Registration System designed for seafarers.

She was also designated as Document and Data Control Custodian (DCC) in the Quality Department for PNTC – Philippine Nautical Technological College, serving from May 2001 to November 2005. In 2005, Ms. Jimenez joined Wizzard, where she led project monitoring and implementation for various client engagements as Project Implementation Unit Head until January 15, 2026.
